Ken Griffey Junior get was inducted into The Baseball Hall of Fame this weekend. Alot of Washingtonians head the pleasure to watch Ken play in a Mariners’ unform for 11 years before, he decided to move on and requested a trade to the Cincinnati in 1999 for Mike Cameron, Brett Tomko, and Antonio Perez. Griffey, would later hit his 400,500,and 600 homeruns in a Red uniform, but with his injuries piling up he was only a shell of his former self, when he won nine straight gold gloves with the Seattle Mariners. He would later return to Seattle and retire as a Mariner. Congradulations on being inducted into the Ken you derseve it and thank you for the memories.
